Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes — you will receive the same product as shown in the picture.
However, please note that minor variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen display settings.

 
 
Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt in the Order Details section of your account.

✅ Go to My Account / Profile
✅ Click on Orders / Purchase History
✅ Select the order — your sales receipt or invoice will be available there

If you placed a guest order, check your email inbox for the receipt.

How can I return an item?

You can return an item by following these steps:

  1. Go to Your Orders

    • Log in to your account

    • Open the Orders / Purchase History section

  2. Select the Item

    • Find the order you want to return

    • Click Return Item or Request Return

  3. Choose a Return Reason

    • Select the reason for return (e.g. wrong item, damaged, not as described, etc.)

  4. Print Return Label (If Provided)

    • Print and attach the return shipping label if required

  5. Ship the Item Back

    • Pack the item securely

    • Drop it off at the designated return location

  6. Refund / Replacement

    • Once the item is received and inspected, you'll get a refund or replacement depending on your choice

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we do restock items that are marked as out of stock.

However, restock availability depends on the item and supplier.
To stay updated:

✅ Keep checking the product page
✅ Enable “Notify Me When Available” if the option is shown
✅ Contact our support team for estimated restock dates

If a product won't be restocked, we’ll update the listing accordingly.

Where can I ship my order?

You can ship your order to any address we currently serve, including:

✅ Home address
✅ Office / workplace
✅ A friend or family member’s address
✅ Any other valid shipping location within our delivery coverage area

During checkout, simply enter the shipping address where you want your order delivered.
