You can return an item by following these steps:
Go to Your Orders
Log in to your account
Open the Orders / Purchase History section
Select the Item
Find the order you want to return
Click Return Item or Request Return
Choose a Return Reason
Select the reason for return (e.g. wrong item, damaged, not as described, etc.)
Print Return Label (If Provided)
Print and attach the return shipping label if required
Ship the Item Back
Pack the item securely
Drop it off at the designated return location
Refund / Replacement
Once the item is received and inspected, you'll get a refund or replacement depending on your choice
If you don't see a return option or bought as a guest, check your order confirmation email or contact customer support for help.
Yes, we do restock items that are marked as out of stock.
However, restock availability depends on the item and supplier.

If a product won't be restocked, we’ll update the listing accordingly.
You can ship your order to any address we currently serve, including:
✅ Home address
✅ Office / workplace
✅ A friend or family member’s address
✅ Any other valid shipping location within our delivery coverage area
During checkout, simply enter the shipping address where you want your order delivered.
